Whether you’re a startup building transformative solutions or an organization exploring how AI can address your biggest challenges, Risehat is where you connect, collaborate, and shape the future of AI.

Why startups should talk to organizations?

Every great AI company begins with a simple truth: the people who know the problems best are the ones living them every single day.

Organizations see the inefficiencies, manage the risks, and feel the pain of outdated tools. That’s why the smartest AI founders don’t build in isolation — they start with conversations.

By connecting directly with companies through our network, startups can:

Validate ideas fast

Validate ideas fast

Instead of spending months building in the dark, startups get immediate confirmation on whether their AI solution addresses a real need. A single conversation can save wasted time, money, and effort – sharpening a rough concept into a valuable product.

Discover new problems

Discover new problems

The best ideas often begin with a question. Companies share unmet needs that rarely appear in market reports. By listening to their day-to-day struggles, startups uncover pain points that can spark the next AI solution.

Shape better products

Shape better products

Organizations aren’t just “end users” or potential buyers. They’re decision-makers, practitioners, and leaders. Their feedback helps startups design AI that truly fits into workflows, regulations, and industry realities. Instead of guessing, founders co-create alongside the people who might actually use their tools.

Unlock opportunities

Unlock opportunities

Every conversation has the potential to grow into something bigger. One connection might evolve into a design partnership, a pilot customer, an advisory role, new sales, or even a strategic investment. What starts as a simple conversation can quickly become traction.

So, how it works?

Risehat makes the process simple, transparent, and focused on meaningful connections. Every step is designed to ensure high-quality interactions and respect for everyone’s time.

1.

Organization representatives review each startup

Once a startup completes its profile, including details about the founders and the product, it is first sent to the organization’s representative. They can review the profile and decide whether their organization is interested in moving forward.

Step 1
2.

Relevant employees receive the profile

If the representative approves, the startup’s profile is automatically emailed to all relevant employees in the organization, based on their fields, expertise, and preferences. You can also choose to share the profile manually with specific employees whenever you prefer.

Step 2
3.

Employees individually express interest

Every employee can review the startup and choose whether they want to connect. They can express interest, ignore it, or simply keep it for later - ensuring only meaningful, high-intent connections continue.

Step 3
4.

Direct communication begins

When an employee expresses interest, the startup receives their contact details and can reach out directly. From there, the conversation can evolve into validation discussions, pilot opportunities, advisory roles, strategic collaborations, new sales, or even investment - The possibilities are wide open.

5.

Track engagement and receive employee feedback

Organization representatives can monitor which employees showed interest and how conversations progress. Employees can also share private feedback about the startup to help the organization stay aligned, evaluate relevance, and identify the most promising innovation opportunities.

Any organization that wants to accelerate its AI adoption, meet ambitious entrepreneurs driving innovation in its industry, and help shape the future of AI in its field is welcome to apply.

Risehat is designed for organizations that are open to discovering new technologies, exploring collaborations, and engaging directly with AI startups developing solutions relevant to their challenges and goals.

We are currently open to organizations based in Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam.

We’re currently opening the platform to a select group of organizations that want to explore and collaborate with AI startups in their industry. Joining Risehat is free for now as part of our early-access phase. In the future, membership terms may evolve as the platform grows.

Your organization’s profile is completely private by default. Startups never see your organization’s identity or contact details unless you or one of your employees choose to connect with them.

Here’s how it works:

  • When a startup applies, its profile is reviewed and, if approved, shared with the relevant organizations in our network.
  • Each organization receives a structured profile outlining the startup’s idea, founders’ background, and collaboration interests.
  • If your organization is interested, simply click “Connect”. The startup will be notified that your organization finds them interesting, and they’ll be able to view your organization’s profile along with the representative’s contact details.
  • Once your organization is connected, the startup’s profile is shared automatically with all relevant employees (or manually, if you prefer). Employees who want to speak with the startup can click the “Connect” button. The startup will then be notified and will be able to view the employee’s profile.

Your organization and employee profiles are shown to the startup only when there is a mutual interest in connecting - never before. This ensures your time and privacy are respected. You’ll only connect with startups you personally choose, and you stay invisible to everyone else.

Every approved startup profile is shared with the entire Risehat network of organizations in your specific field, according to your preferences. In addition, your profile is listed on our dashboard, where organizations can access it at any time. This also means that as new organizations join the network, they’ll be able to discover and view your profile directly from the dashboard - ensuring ongoing visibility and exposure.

However, Risehat cannot guarantee or promise a specific number of organization responses, as engagement depends on factors such as the relevance of your idea, timing, and individual interest.

Response times vary, but in most cases, interested organizations reply within days of receiving a profile. Since introductions are curated and not spammed, the likelihood of meaningful engagement is significantly higher.

Responses from employees may take a little longer and won’t always come all at once, as each employee reviews the startup based on their own time and relevance.

Organizations receive a simple, curated email with the startup’s profile. Each profile includes background, startup details, the founder’s focus area, and whether they are open to collaborations, pilot partnerships, advisory input, board / strategic roles, Sales or strategic investments. Startups also share what they hope to discuss and what they aim to achieve from the conversation with your organization.

In addition, all startup profiles are available on the Risehat dashboard, where organizations can easily browse, filter, and manage the startups they’re interested in.

The process is designed to save time and prevent irrelevant introductions or spam.

Yes, of course. Once you, as the representative, choose to connect with a startup as an organization, the startup’s profile will be automatically shared with all of your relevant employees based on the preferences they selected. You can also choose to share the profile manually with specific employees whenever you prefer.

Employees can review the profile and decide if they’d like to connect. If an employee expresses interest, you’ll be notified, and the connection will appear on your dashboard.

You can also share a startup’s profile with specific employees at any time by clicking the “Share” button on the startup’s profile page in your dashboard.

When an organization clicks the “Share with Employees” button, the startup immediately receives an email containing your organization’s profile and the representative’s details. When an employee clicks the “Connect” button, their profile and contact information are sent to the startup as well, allowing the startup to reach out and schedule a meeting right away. Organizations can also choose to contact startups directly first, if they prefer.

This keeps the process fast, transparent, and direct - without unnecessary middlemen.

Yes. Your startup profile remains visible on the Risehat dashboard, so any new organizations that join later can easily find and view it. This ensures your profile continues to gain exposure over time.

Absolutely. Once you join, you’ll have full access to all previously startup profiles directly from the Risehat dashboard, allowing you to explore and connect with any startups that interest you.

Yes. In your dashboard, you can view and manage all connections between your employees and each startup. You’ll also be able to see which employees showed interest, track the status of their conversations, and read any feedback they’ve provided about the startup.

Introductions can lead to a wide range of outcomes: idea validation sessions, pilot partnerships, advisory or board roles, sales, and in some cases even strategic investments. The next step depends entirely on the interests of the founders and the organization.

For any questions or support, Risehat can be reached directly at support@risehat.com.
